Still, his comments carried broad implications as global trade faces renewed uncertainty due to rising tariffs, regional instability, and shifting alliances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">China signals commitment to global engagement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The premier also pointed to recent diplomatic milestones, such as the signing of the \u201cConvention on the Establishment of the International Organization for Mediation\u201d by more than 30 countries in Hong Kong.
